En Cuestiones clave del sistema de solución de diferencias se muestra desde una perspectiva única, la de los profesionales de la Secretaría de la OMC y la de expertos de fuera, el funcionamiento y la evolución del sistema de solución de diferencias. La publicación abarca los diez primeros años de la OMC. Cada capítulo se basa fundamentalmente en la experiencia personal de su autor en la aplicación o el estudio del sistema. El libro ayuda a conocer mejor la forma en que el sistema ha funcionado en la práctica desde 1995.
