Other Uruguay Round results
The results of the Uruguay Round are contained in the Marrakesh Ministerial Declaration and the Final Act Embodying the Results of the Uruguay Round of Multilateral Trade Negotiations, both adopted in Marrakesh on 15 April 1994. The Final Act includes in an annex the Ministerial Decisions and Declarations adopted on 15 December 1993 and 14 April 1994 and the Understanding on Commitments in Financial Services. The Marrakesh Agreement Establishing the World Trade Organization, including its Annexes, was also annexed to the Final Act.
The WTO Agreement and its Annexes, as amended or rectified up to January 2019, have been published in The WTO Agreements publication, whereas the other results have been included in the WTO Ministerial Conferences — Key Outcomes publication.
