H.E. Santiago Peña Palacios, the President of Paraguay, will deliver the WTO Presidential Lecture on 31 January 2025 at the WTO's headquarters in Geneva. The topic is “Sustaining Multilateralism in Uncertain Times: The Role of Middle Powers”. It will be the sixth lecture to be delivered in the WTO's Presidential Lecture Series.
