Information notes on trade in intermediate goods

The WTO releases quarterly information notes on world trade in intermediate goods (IGs) to monitor and provide insights on the international exchange of parts, components and accessories used to produce final products. Trade statistics on intermediate goods serve as an indicator of the activity in supply chains. These notes are occasionally complemented by short reports dedicated to specific goods reflecting topical issues and core products exchanged within supply chains.
