Charts - World trade in agricultural products

These charts provide key figures and trends for the trade of agricultural products using the definition in the WTO Agreement on Agriculture (1), with breakdown by region, country/territory, broad categories of products and commodity groups used to monitor the participation in the normal growth of world trade. The data are WTO estimates (based on reported data from the UN Comtrade database, complemented by mirror flow data for non-reporting economies). Figures for World, Europe and the European Union exclude intra-EU trade.

  2. The definitions of the commodity groups are the ones used in the G/AG/W/32/ series (WTO Secretariat's notes on the participation in the normal growth of world trade in agricultural products). The trade data are WTO estimates based on available data in the UN Comtrade database, complemented by estimations for non-reported data. Only values available for the following categories: live animals, fruits, vegetables, processed fruits and vegetables, other AoA (other agricultural products) and AoA (all agricultural products).
