39th Geneva Week

The 39th Geneva Week for WTO Non-Resident Members and Observers will be held at the WTO from 14 to 18 October 2019. Participants will be briefed on key aspects of WTO activities. They will benefit from updates on issues such as, recent developments in the areas of fisheries subsides and agriculture; as well as technical assistance; trade facilitation; and e-commerce. Other areas to be covered include, briefings on trade and gender; trade and natural disasters; the Joint Initiative on MSMEs; and a presentation on WTO's trade monitoring tools. The Geneva Week participants will also attend meetings of the General Council; the Committee on Trade Facilitation and the informal meeting of the Trade Negotiations Committee
